Celebrities have always been a curious bunch when it comes to beliefs, whether its
sinister cults or out-there theories.
But it seems that UFOs and aliens are still top of the
list when it comes to La La Land’s favourite off-the-wall topics, with a number of high-
profile stars admitting they believe in extra-terrestrial life.
Kendrick Lamar recently said
that he believes he was visited by aliens and they’re probably the reason he’s so big in
music.
Speaking about the ‘encounter’ when he was six, the To Pimp a Butterfly rapper
told Howard Stern: ‘Nobody believed me then and they don’t believe me now.

‘It’s just something I can’t really describe, because it just sounds like, “Okay, you just
seen a dart go past”. That shit don’t make sense.’
He added: ‘That’s probably why I’m
doing music right now. Who knows. They probably gave me the energy.’
Another famous
face from the music world to admit to a belief in UFOs is Kesha.
Appearing on the Zach
Sang Show last year, the star said she spotted alien spaceships when she was hanging out
in California’s Joshua Tree.

She told the show: ‘I swear to God, there were like five to seven, and I don’t know why I
didn’t like try to take a picture of it – I just looked at it.
‘I was sitting on a rock, and I was
like, “What in the hell is that?” I was trying to figure it out, and then they went away. I
was like, “Those are fucking aliens.” They were spaceships!
‘They look exactly how they
say the look, like little balls of fire in the sky.’
The TiK ToK singer was sure to add that
she was ‘completely sober’ during the sighting – just to rule out any theories as to why
she might be seeing things while she was out in the desert.

Robbie Williams is one celebrity who has claimed to have been visited not just once, but
on multiple occasions – lucky him.
Admitting that he’d had a number of run-ins with UFOs
back in 2008, the 43-year-old star told Joss Stone’s Radio 2 show that he was a believer
when it came to all things ET.
Recalling one of his first encounters, the Angels singer said:
‘I was at the Beverly Hills Hotel and I was lying on my sun lounger outside at night
, looking up.
‘Then, about 300 foot above me, there was this square thing which just
passed over my head silently and then shot off.’
He then went on to describe a number of
other encounters with ‘these two big massive balls of light’ that he claimed caused an
electrical storm, and a ‘big strip of black light’ which tormented him in the recording
studio one time.
Jo Wood told James Martin that she had seen a UFO while she was on holiday (Picture: ITV)
More recently, Jo Wood told James Martin today that she had seen a UFO while she was
on holiday.
Appearing on the cooking show Saturday Kitchen, she got drawn into a
conversation about aliens with the chef, as she insisted he use her own Alien Oil to cook a
dish.
Explaining how she came to believed in aliens herself, the ex-wife of Rolling Stone’s
axe man Ronnie Wood told him: ‘I love aliens. I saw a UFO once and I realised that we are
not alone.’
Clearly tickled by her revelation, James quipped: ‘Was that back on the tour in 60s/70s?’
Jo squealed: ‘I knew you were going to say that!
‘No, it was a few years ago. About 10
years ago I was on holiday with Ronnie and the kids, and he said, “Jo, there’s some weird
lights out here”. It was dark and we were on the beach… and we went outside, and there
over the sea there were these lights going onto the sea.’
She added: ‘I looked at it and
thought, “What the hell is that?!” And he ran in to get his glasses and as I was watching it
just lifted up, and zoomed up so fast, and stopped dead and then it was gone. That was a
UFO if ever I saw one.’
And they’re just the tip of the iceberg, as the likes of Tom Cruise,
Halle Berry, Demi Lovato, Blink-182’s Tom DeLonge and Katy Perry have all admitted to
believing that there is life elsewhere in the universe.
