Circular Lighted UFOs Seen Over Ho Chi Minh City and Houston

Within 24 hours of each other, circular UFOs ringed with lights were reported hovering over skyscrapers in Houston and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. Circular lighted UFOs, skyscrapers, city names beginning with the letters H-O … are there any other connections?

According to a local news report, students attending Hoa Sen University, a private school in Ho Chi Minh City, were walking on May 22, 2015, at about 8:30 pm in the Nguyen Hue Street area near the Bitexco Financial Tower, a 68-story skyscraper that is the tallest building in the city and the 3rd tallest in Vietnam. One took a cell phone picture of the tower and noticed the lighted circular UFO when looking at the photograph later. None of the students recalled seeing the UFO and there were no other reports of sightings.

It’s hard to believe anyone in Houston, let alone anywhere else in Texas, is concerned about anything but rain, storms and flooding, but one woman was checking out the skyline of downtown Houston on May 23rd, 2015 at around 8:44 pm when she saw a circle of lights above a tall building. Dana Clark says she managed to take four pictures of it with her cell phone before it disappeared. She was outside so the lights were not a window reflection. The UFO is circular like the one in Ho Chi Minh City (with a few less lights) and appeared over a skyscraper almost exactly 24 hours later.

Are these very similar sightings a coincidence or are they related? A comparable UFO was photographed over Houston in August 2014. Houston is just a few miles north of Johnson Space Center and Ellington Field where astronauts practice flying, but none of these objects look like conventional aircraft or NASA spacecrafts … that we know of.

Reports of UFOs in Vietnam were frequent during the Vietnam War. George Filer, a former US Air Force intelligence officer and UFO expert, says there were many sightings back then.

"You’d have an aircraft flying along, doing around 500 knots and a UFO comes alongside and does some barrel rolls around the aircraft and then flies off at three times the speed of one of the fastest jets we have in the Air Force."

Are some of these UFOs still in Ho Chi Minh City? Houston has a sizable Vietnamese population. Is that the connection? Is it related to the Jade Helm 15 military exercises? With all of the bad weather in Houston, could the UFO be monitoring it? Or is it responsible for creating it?
