In February Walton’s former logging partner John Goulette will come forward at the International UFO Congress to shed light on Travis Walton’s alleged abduction.
On November 5, 1975, a logging crew near Snowflake, AZ made headline news when they witnessed a large saucer-shaped craft in the woods. After one of the men, Travis Walton, was allegedly abducted and missing for five days, the crew became entangled in a life-changing police investigation, lie-detector tests and public scrutiny.
Walton’s abduction became the topic of the Hollywood blockbuster ‘Fire in the Sky‘ starring D.B. Sweeney in the early ‘90s and terrified many movie-goers. Walton’s firsthand account of his ordeal and the haunting look into the mystery of the abduction and alleged alien encounter is one that should not be missed.
John Goulette will join Walton on-stage for the first time ever and give his own firsthand account of what they saw that fateful day in the woods and the effect that it had on his life. When Goulette was asked about his experience he stated, “I know what I saw – and it wasn’t anything from this earth!”
“The Travis Walton case is so fascinating not only due to the logistics of the case, the amount of witnesses, and the missing time,” says Co-organizer Maureen Elsberry, “but when you meet Travis and talk with him it is clear that something happened to him.”
They will present onstage together at the International UFO Congress in Fountain Hills, AZ on Thursday February 23, 2012, from 4:00 – 5:15 PM. To purchase tickets to see Walton and Goulette on stage visit UFOCongress.com. Tickets are also available at the door the day of the presentation on a first come first serve availability.
