UFO With Changing Colours Sighted By Lower Paxton Township Police In Pennsylvania

On Aug. 25, in Pennsylvania, Lower Paxton Township resident Stephanie Wilkerson noticed something in the sky that was moving and changing colors, reported ABC 27. While enjoying a glass of wine in the porch, Wilkerson sad that she saw something in the sky that she initially thought was an airplane, but then she noticed that it wasn't moving and it was changing colors. Wilkerson said she watched the object for about twenty minutes.
Soon, she called her husband and a neighbour to take a look. Her amazed neighbour then, according to Wilkerson, brought over his binoculars. At first, the neighbor thought it was a planet, but then changed his mind when the object's colour turned to yellow.
Wilkerson finally decided to notify the police. An officer responded to the call and, after seeing the stange object in the sky through a pair of binoculars, he was bewildered and rang his superiors. The officer's sergeant and corporal came by to take a look -- and both were reportedly astounded.
The Lower Paxton Township Police Department, then, contacted Fort Indiantown Gap and Harrisburg International Airport to see if they had any aircraft acitivy in the area but both responded in the negative.

When the neighbours were questioned by ABC 27 reporter Mark Hall, a few of them claimed to have seen it. One said that her husband had thought it was a helicopter and another neighbour said that they had a similar sighting on the night of Aug. 22.
An incident report was then written, with Lt. Gary Seefeldt of the Lower Paxton Township police saying, "Our officers saw something that was out of the ordinary for the night sky."
Wilkerson said that she wasn't a believer in UFO sightings until that night when she saw the strange object.
Pennsylvania has a UFO Alert Rating much higher than the average number of recent national reports, with an Alert 3 rating of about 30 cases in the month of July-- the fifth highest in the country. California had the highest number of reports at 104 cases in July, followed by other states with an Alert 2 or 3 rating such as Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Florida and Washington.

Red Orbs Reported Over Eastern North Carolina

EMERALD ISLE, CARTERET COUNTY -
People reported seeing at least 10 red circles in the sky above Eastern North Carolina this past weekend. After one women took a video of the event, she learned other people have been seeing these mysterious orbs as well.
Kelly Burke said she spends plenty of evenings on her back porch but had never seen anything like the red circles before.
"That's when they started coming off of the horizon one by one. They would all completely disappear in the same spot - the same spot! So it would go from there to there, poof its gone," said Burke.
Burke, her husband, and her daughter all saw the lights together. She said there were a total of 10 and each flitted across the sky at a level elevation. Burke says the glowing objects were too symmetrical to be flares and too level to be floating lanterns.
"I've photographed Chinese lanterns for weddings that I do. All of those have a center of brightness. " said Burke.
Burke says the circles in sky she spotted were not like the lanterns she photographed. The lanterns she saw did not have that point of brightness. They were the same color all thew ay through. She described the orbs as moving against the wind, not with it unlike a lantern.
Driven by curiosity, Burke posted her video on Facebook. She was surprised to find out a lot of people had seen similar red circles all across the country, several were along the coast from Nags Head to Oak Island.
Friend Stephanie Brunner says she was relieved when she saw Kelly Burke's post. She saw a group of red orbs almost a year ago in Jacksonville.
"Ours was in a formation, like a triangle. Not a full triangle, but there were five of them," said Stephanie Brunner.
Brunner said she and her husband tried to drive closer to the lights before they went out. She said she didn't tell many people about the event.
"People thought I was crazy, but we definitely saw them. I'm just glad my husband was there to see them too," said Brunner.
One local North Carolinian says his whole family saw one while on vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
"And being in aviation, I know there has to be blinking lights on an aircraft. And there was none on this," described Ronald Winstead.
Reports of flying orbs way back. We found a 1944 article from the New York Times with the headline "Floating Mystery Ball is New Nazi Air Weapon."
Retired U.S. Marine General Tom Braaten says the circle reminded him of a jet burner, but there were some differences. "If you were looking right at the back end, then it would look like a very bright circle," said Braaten.
He did say burners are usually bright white, not the red seen in the video. He also said the shape of the light didn't match up with the motion of the burner. He said a burner would only appear to be a circle if the jet was pointed away from the viewer, but the circle in the video was seen traveling along the coast from left to right. When jets do that, Gen. Braaten said you see the side of the burner which appears as more of a cone shape.
General Braaten and a Harrier pilot we spoke to both said there are too many variables to pin-point what the circles in the sky are.
For now, the circles will technically remain a "U.F.O." After all, "U.F.O." stands for "Unidentified Flying Objects" and these circles in the sky are still unidentified.

A Sacramento resident wanted to know what she captured on her iPhone.
Ten days ago Sunda Barker says she witnessed a glowing object in the sky while walking home from lunch with her son.
"It was beautiful it was radiant," said Barker
Barker said she saw the object again two days later and thought it could be a possible UFO.
"I sat there at took picture after pictures and pictures," said Barker.
According to Meteorologist Monica Woods what Barker witnessed was called a Sun Dog, a halo created when lights interact with ice crystals in the atmosphere.

PC Alan Godfrey, UFO Witness on BBC Breakfast Time TV Show - 1980's

Published on 23 Aug 2014 By UFOTRUTHMAG
Gary Heseltine

The 1980 Alan Godfrey case is the main abduction case that Gary has researched in depth. He thinks this case is important because as well as Godfrey’s testimony, there are several independent witnesses that saw something strange in the sky at the same time in the local area.

Timeline of Alan Godfrey’s experience. On November 28th, 1980, Alan was in his patrol car in Todmorden, West Yorkshire. He was sent to check out reports of cattle wandering around a local council estate. He saw a bright light in the road ahead and thought it was a bus. As he got closer, though, it became clear that this was not the case. He found himself looking at a rotating object, hovering over the road. He sketched the craft in his notebook. There was a burst of light and he found himself driving further along the road with no sign of the UFO. He returned to the police station and later found that he was missing about twenty-five minutes of time. The sole of one of his boots was split and he had an itchy, red mark on his foot.

Later, he would undergo hypnotic regression, where it emerged that he was taken from the car and led onto the craft. Here, he saw robot-like creatures and a humanoid wearing a black skull cap. Gary has studied the video tapes of Alan’s hypnosis session and has concluded that they were well conducted. Alan was not lying. He had nothing to gain from making up his story and, indeed, his experience has had a negative effect on his life.

Gary would also point to one pioneer of abduction research, the late Dr John Mack. Mack had concluded that many abductions go back to 'the victims’ childhood. Alan Godfrey had spoken of seeing a blue ‘tennis ball’ in his room as a child. Others have reported these blue orbs both in their bedrooms and other places, such as while driving.

As a police officer, Gary was interested in evidence, and this case has so much of it!

Joey Essex believes in aliens

By Expose Entertainment

The former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star visited Area 51 in Nevada - where the US government is believed to be studying extraterrestrial life - while filming his latest show 'Educating Joey Essex - Space Cadet' but admitted he doesn't think anyone will ''ever know'' if there are aliens inside.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: ''I think aliens are definitely real ... There's evidence out there that you can clearly see. I would say aliens are definitely out there, I mean, I think we've all seen them we just don't know it.''
The 24-year-old TV personality went on to joke that he once spotted an alien at a nightclub in Essex, owned by his former co-star.
He revealed: ''I saw one in Sugar Hut ages ago. It just looked a bit like Micky Norcross but like a younger version of Micky Norcross.''
Despite admitting he's a keen believer in UFOs, Joey - who attended space camp and was given astronaut training during his American adventure - confessed he doesn't fancy a trip to the moon anytime soon.
He explained: ''I'd be really paranoid. I mean I've got bad claustrophobia as well so I'd be completely scared in case my rocket disappears or I get abducted by aliens or something.''
'Educating Joey Essex - Space Cadet' airs on ITV2 on September 2 at 9pm.

This saucer craft was seen this week on the highway in Cornwall. The shape and size are perfect for being a crashed UFO or even a new military disk. This is amazing footing and I only wish the person continued to follow them so that we can see where they were going. Perhaps a military base nearby.

Fifth annual UFO Festival in Exeter, NH

By Alfred University

Watch out for aliens at the fifth annual UFO Festival lecture program, Saturday, Aug. 30 at the Exeter, NH Town Hall, 1 Front St. where Richard Dolan, AU Class of 1984, will be one of several speakers marking the “Incident in Exeter,” which occurred Sept. 3, 1965. Norman Muscarello was hitchhiking home when he spotted a 90-foot-wide, brightly lit object. Muscarello later returned with Officer Eugene Betrand and the two watched the object fly out of the woods and up into the sky. Several other witnesses reported seeing the object during this same time, including Officer David Hunt. The incident was investigated by the Air Force but officials couldn’t identify the object and the mystery remains unsolved. The UFO Festival is sponsored by the Exeter Kiwanis Club and is family friendly. Additionally festivities will be conducted outside the town hall, in Founders Park, and at the Exeter Public Library. One hundred percent of the proceeds go to children’s charities and children’s/community programs.

UFO over Ocean Isle?

By WWAY3abc

OCEAN ISLE BEACH, NC (WWAY) -- What was in the sky over Ocean Isle Beach this weekend?
"I thought that's a strange light. Maybe it's a helicopter light, and I was watching them go, and they sorta did like a half circle," said Woozy Dell, who is vacationing for the week out on Ocean Isle Beach. "And then I saw another one come, and then I thought this is bizarre, and it got a little interesting."
What she says she saw were a series of dots in the sky. They appeared to be glowing orbs, changing in color and multiplying in number.
"So I saw two, and then I started seeing three, and then I started seeing four, and then I started counting them, because I thought, 'My gosh. What is this?" Dell said. "What I saw was an orangish red, and when it went back around it was white."
She saw it all late Saturday night. She said it lasted just 17 minutes.
"It was in the sky, and then went away, and it was, the lights, were so unusual that it was something you don't forget," Dell said.

We got an e-mail from someone in Wilmington seeing strange lights in the Wrightsville Beach sky, too, that night. Problem is no one knows what it was.
"I have to admit," Dell laughed, "I did go out the next night looking. And tonight looks like a clear night, so..."

Waking the Undead of Roswell

By Nick Redfern

Just a few days ago, I did a radio show that included a 30-minute Q&A, in which the listeners could phone in and ask questions. One of the questions was: “What is your favorite TV show you have appeared in?” Well, there have been quite a few over the years. But, I would have to say it was a show that never actually aired, as strange as that might sound. It all began on a Sunday morning in mid-November 2005… The show in question was on the world’s most famous UFO event of all: the controversial UFO crash at Roswell, New Mexico in the summer of 1947. The production company had a huge budget to work with and the filming took place at both Norton Air Force Base at San Bernardino, California, and within the town of Roswell itself. In addition to me, the team was comprised of well-known paranormal investigator and author Joshua P. Warren, ghost-hunter Brian Irish, UFO hunter Ruben Uriarte, psychics Laura Lee and Karyn Reece, unsolved mystery author Heidi Hollis, Native American Richard Hernandez, and bestselling author Jim Marrs. On arriving at the old air base (that now falls under the jurisdiction of the city of San Bernardino), all of us were impressed by the sheer amount of work and planning that had gone into the show: we were each provided with clothing: t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, caps, watches – and even three brand new, all-terrain vehicles.

We were all amazed at the scene before us: a large studio had been built in one of the huge hangars that had been converted into a kind of forensic laboratory. Alien dummies were strewn across recreations of Army crates and gurneys, Bigfoot foot-casts were displayed on shelves, TV and computer screens flashed imagery of a multitude of unexplained phenomena, and countless photographs of ghosts, lake monsters and much more adorned the walls of our lab.
Interestingly, it was this same hangar that was utilized by the SyFyChannel to shoot certain scenes for Steven Spielberg’s Taken series of 2002.
The premise of the show was an interesting – and unique – one: since no conventional route of investigation had completely resolved the Roswell enigma to everyone’s satisfaction, why not employ the use of psychics to try and unravel the mystery?
As a result, we flew to Roswell and actually undertook a midnight séance in one of the old hangars at the old, and now radically revamped, base, where it was alleged the bodies found at the crash site back in 1947 had been taken. The purpose: to try and psychically contact the souls of the Roswell entities – whatever their true point of origin – and question them with regard to what really did, or did not, happen on that fateful day in 1947.
But, I’m getting slightly ahead of myself here. The filming began on Monday morning, with each of us giving head-and-shoulder-style interviews about our work and own areas of expertise. That was followed by dinner and a night on the town, another day of filming at San Bernardino, and then the flight to Roswell.
Our first port-of-call in Roswell was the building that stands on what was once the old base hospital. The nurses told us they had seen little, black-eyed, spectral creatures roaming the corridors when darkness had fallen. Until 4.00 a.m. we stalked the ghostly Roswell entities but they failed to put in an appearance.
The next day we were bound for the town’s Roswell UFO Museum, which had also been the site of ghostly activity. Of course, all of this made for excellent television as Josh Warren displayed his impressive array of electronic ghost-hunting equipment for the cameras – and particularly when Josh, one of the nation’s most respected and careful investigators, succeeded in detecting a wide range of anomalous phenomena that impressed everyone.
Friday was the busiest day of all: the morning began with a trip out to one ofthe alleged UFO crash sites. I say one of the sites because numerous locations have been offered where bodies and strange wreckage were supposedly found back in 1947. And so, our convoy of vehicles hit the road and headed out into the wilds of the desert.
That was fine: that is until someone realized after we had got out there that no-one had thought to bring any water. Some of the team had visions of us dying of dehydration at the site and, ironically, becoming the next victims of the Roswell crash. But, we survived, and the film crew got some great footage of us roaming the site where, maybe, aliens from another world bit the dust all those years ago.
Now, it’s time to cut to the chase: the midnight séance in the old hangar back at Roswell, where some distinctly strange things of a truly monstrous nature occurred at the witching hour on that cold, bleak Friday night. It was a very weird experience, to say the least. I kid you not when I say that the temperature was freezing outside – and inside the hangar, too.
The crew set up, someone shouted “Action!” and we all duly entered the hangar and took our seats at a table, atop of which was a multitude of large candles. Karyn Reece began an attempt to try and summon up the long dead of Roswell. And the dead just may have come, too.

The wind began to howl, and the walls of the hangar creaked and groaned loudly. At times, it sounded like footsteps were padding across the hangar roof above us, and an air of high-strangeness overtook the team and crew. Even more so, when one of the cameramen said that he didn’t feel well and promptly collapsed onto the floor. What had begun as an intriguing exercise was becoming something far darker.
But what was undoubtedly the creepiest – albeit exciting, too – aspect of the night’s activities was a startling piece of imagery captured, night-vision-style, by the camera team: namely nothing less than a spectral, snake-like entity that seemed to coil around the team as we sat at the table, holding hands and deep in meditation as we tried to summon up Roswell’s dead.
Indeed, a study of the film footage showed a brief image of what looked like a monstrous life-form that had been conjured up out of a diabolical, Lovecraftian nightmare. The slithering menace positively oozed uneasiness and dread; yet seemingly was not intent on causing us harm and vanished into the darkness above our table.
And then it was all over; the dark atmosphere seemed to lift, and someone said words to the effect of: “It’s a wrap.” We headed back to the hotel, completely unaware at the time of what the cameras had recorded.
There is, however, no doubt in my mind that some form of contact was made on that dark, cold night in the old hangar. Unfortunately, as I said, the show never aired. Yet, I am still hopeful that one day it will, and the ghostly secrets of Roswell will finally be revealed to the world.

Hellyer described several types of aliens including 'Tall Whites' who are allegedly working with the U.S. air force in Nevada. Hellyer first went public with his belief in aliens on earth in 2005 and he is the first high ranking politician to publicly state that aliens are real!

Alien Contact in Puerto Rico?

By Nick Redfern

Shortly before the dawning of the 1960s, a historic document, with the title of Searching for Interstellar Communications, was prepared by Phillip Morrison and Giuseppe Conconi, a pair of physicists at Cornell University, and which was published within the prestigious pages of Nature. Its focus: the potential feasibility of seeking out alien life via high-powered microwaves.
It was a paper that received a great deal of interest, particularly so from a man named Frank Drake, who chose to turn the theories of Morrison and Conconi into reality at the Green Bank National Radio Astronomy Observatory, in West Virginia.
In October 1961, a conference of what became known as the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) was held at Green Bank, and Drake proved to be the stand-out character, when he revealed to the audience what has famously become known as the Drake Equation – a theoretical means to try and determine the number of intelligent, alien cultures that might exist in the known universe.

When Frank Drake chose to focus his work on a quest for extraterrestrial life, it was a decision that ultimately took him to none other than Puerto Rico and its now-famous Arecibo Radio Telescope, of which Drake ultimately rose to the rank of director.
All of which brings us to a new, breaking story just now shared with me by good friend Joshua P. Warren, who is currently on Puerto Rico.
Josh says: “An independent group of researchers in Puerto Rico believe they possibly made contact with ‘beings from elsewhere’ last Friday, August 15, 2014, 37th anniversary of the mysterious ‘WOW! Signal’ captured by SETI.”
The “Arecibo Project,” led by Joshua P. Warren, Director of the Bermuda Triangle Research Base, spent the day transmitting radio messages into outer space from Arecibo, Lajas, and other parts of the island, asking ET to appear around certain GPS coordinates as a live webcam streamed footage of the general location.
A variety of anomalies were captured on camera, including a “saucer-shaped object” that appeared and which then shot straight up into the sky, accompanied by a strange, high-pitched tone.
Warren’s team compared that tone to the famed WOW! Signal, and say it is so similar they think the UFO possibly sent this signal to them as a sign of successful communication.
“We believe the UFO may have sent us the same type of signal that came from space, and was recorded by SETI, 37 years ago,” says Josh. He adds: “This was a complete surprise. Though it was picked up via a webcam microphone, and not a broad dish like SETI had, our analysis thus far has shown it is essentially a demodulated signal from the WOW! transmission turned into audio.”
The message sent into space, an invitation for contact, was recorded by George Noory, host of “Coast to Coast AM” the largest overnight radio program in North America.

Live footage was being analyzed in Washington DC at the studio of filmmaker C. Eric Scott, while audio was being processed at a lab in North Carolina. The researchers are asking for others with expertise to analyze the UFO images and compare the audio themselves. Data is freely posted at: www.AreciboProject.com
When asked for his opinion of what the “beings” may be, Warren said:
“After my 7 years of research here, the accumulating evidence suggests we may be dealing with a new form of life in Puerto Rico. Sometimes huge, and sometimes small drones, I believe these beings could be a highly-advanced, extremely sleek and efficient organic/electronic hybrid. They have probably evolved much longer than humans, and are now capable of inter-stellar and inter-dimensional travel, seeming to pop in and out of our visible dimensions almost instantly.
“Hundreds of years of native lore, combined with our modern research, indicate they might be sensitive to human thought, often engaging in contact when a highly-focused human, or group of humans, telepathically projects a desire to interact with them. We don’t know their ultimate agenda, but if it were detrimental to humans, we’d likely have been harmed by now.”
Stay tuned!

25 Years of Canadian UFO Reports

By Ufology Research

Ufology Research has released the results of its 25-year-long study of Canadian UFO reports.

Most ufologists and Forteans know that Ufology Research, formerly UFOROM (Ufology Research of Manitoba), has been collecting and reviewing Canadian reports since 1989, publishing the results as the annual Canadian UFO Survey. When the 2013 edition was published in 2014, it marked 25 years of the annual analyses of UFO report data.

It seemed reasonable, then, to group all 25 years of data together and examine the data for trends and changes with time over a quarter of a century. When the final tally was produced, there were almost 15,000 UFO reports received as data since 1989. Coincidentally, this almost exactly matches the total number of UFO reports collected and analysed by the United States Air Force Project Blue Book during its official run of less than 20 years from 1952 to 1970.

The Ufology Research study is titled "UFOs Over Canada: 25 Years of UFO Reports." It is available from the Canadian UFO Survey web page here. In

The 25-year study should not need much explanation to those familiar with the annual Canadian UFO Survey. However, an outside reviewer has suggested I make a few points to clarify the process of collecting and analyzing the data.
First, in addition to UFO reports being received as data from UFO organizations and investigators, cases were also received and collected from official agencies such as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Canadian Forces, Transport Canada and other official bodies. This is very unlike the American experience, where official agencies have not, in general, made UFO reports easily available. (UFO reports were also received for this study directly from witnesses, of course.)
Second, a word about hoaxes. In short, while hoaxes cannot be ruled out, the number of hoax reports that have ended up in the database is quite low. In fact, in most cases where a hoax was suspected or discovered, this has been noted in the data. One reason why hoaxes are minimal with respect to the larger body of data is because a very large percentage of reports could be explained or thought to have possible explanations. In other words, these reports were not hoaxes but honest mistakes, and there were real objects in the sky to misidentify.
Third, although we believe we have captured a rather complete set of sighting report data for this study, the database may not include all Canadian UFO sightings during the past 25 years. It is known from other studies that only a fraction of all UFO sightings are ever reported―this percentage is thought to be around 10 per cent. Our study reflects only those sightings which were actually reported to UFO groups or official agencies. Also, which we were able to obtain many reports from official agencies, it is very possible that an unknown percentage of cases are never officially released, although the Canadian government has been very transparent in this regard, with thousands of UFO-related documents always being available to the public either at the National Archives in Ottawa or online.
Next, our study shows that people are reporting sightings of unusual objects, some of which have no simple explanation. This result has no overt bearing on the question of extraterrestrials visiting Earth. The interpretation that some of the unexplained cases may represent alien visitation is left to the reader to speculate. What can be said is that UFO witnesses have, in general, not been hallucinating or making up tall tales; UFO witnesses are indeed seeing unusual objects in the sky for which they have no explanations.
Also, while the level of good investigation of UFO sightings has been regrettably low, some UFO groups such as MUFON have made excellent strides in educating lay investigators and encouraging proper UFO investigation.
Finally, this study was only made possible through the dedication of a handful of individuals who have taken the time to express curiosity about what has been reported by Canadians as UFOs during the past 25 years. Data collection is very time-consuming, and moreso thorough case investigation, which is done only rarely in the present-day field of ufology. If every one of the nearly 15,000 cases studied were completely investigated, what would the results have been?
Regardless of one’s belief in the “reality” of UFOs (however that may be construed), studies such as ours affirm that there is a persistent phenomenon that deserves further scientific study. If UFOs are not “real,” then why are tens of thousands of Canadians (and others worldwide) seeing unusual objects in the sky? Is there a need for better education of the masses? If there is a residual percentage of truly unexplained cases, what do these represent? Alien visitation? Clandestine military exercises? A hitherto unrecognized natural atmospheric phenomenon?
Our study 25 Years of Canadian UFO Reports is presented for your consideration.
The "25th Anniversary Written Report" (in pdf format)The "Data" (in pdf format)Since 1989, UFOlogy Research of Manitoba has solicited sightings data from active Canadian researchers. This data is annually compiled into the "Canadian UFO Survey." The survey is made publicly available in an attempt to promote the dissemination of information across the field of ufology. This page contains many of the surveys, as well as the data.

The "Survey Essay" page contains just that; the essays produced each year summarizing the findings of the survey for that year, along with explanations of trends, as well as describing some of the more interesting cases for each year.
The "Search The Database" link is currently inactive. In the future, the complete database will be put on the web, allowing any users to search the database for sightings based on the criteria of their choosing.

The "Data Tables" page contains the raw data, in html table format, for most of the Survey years. Basic data, such as date, time, number of witnesses, etc. is listed, as well as a very limited general description of each sighting. Right now we have the basic data for most years up on the web page, but are currently missing 1989, 1992, and 2009 on the website. We hope to get that data online sometime in the near future.

The "Charts" page contains assorted charts summarizing the data over the years. One can find such things as the distribution of sightings by province, time of day, etc. The charts are in .gif format. With respect to the charts, there is a trade-off that must be made. If one is to be able to view the results of the different variables being measured, the chart is frequently too large to fit on the monitor, and one has to scroll left or right to view the entire results. Shrinking the charts to fit the screen, while making the entire chart as a whole visable, makes it difficult to actually interpret the chart, as the labels become too small. I have chosen to forsake convenience and make the charts large enough that one can actually read the results. Given this, the various charts are best viewed with the latest version of Internet Explorer, as it gives you the ability to easily resize the images. Printing the charts using I.E. seems to work well too. With Netscape however, some of the charts don't print on a single page, and either come out on two pages, or it simply cuts off a portion of the chart.
The "Testimonies" page is currently inactive, but will contain eyewitness accounts, in the own words of the witnesses.

Incredible UFO Caught by Canadian News Agency

Published on 14 Aug 2014 By Open Minds Production
On July 17, 2014, local news reporters covering a wildfire inadvertently got more than they were looking for. Thirty-seven seconds into their news report they show a clip of a water tanker dropping fire retardant and above the mountain an object can be seen shooting out of the clouds across the sky. The video changes to another clip before the object can be seen leaving the field of view of the camera.

Unknown Objects Over Martigues, France

Published on 14 Aug 2014 By UFO GLOBE

Date of sighting: July 2, 2014
Location of sighting: Martigues, France
This UFO sighting was recorded last month and was just put up this week for the public to see. It shows a mass of UFOs over Martigues, France. This is not the first time such a sighting in Martigues has been recorded. Back in July 2, 2008, a similar UFO sighting was recorded and shows identical craft in the sky. Clearly this means there has to be a alien base below this city...for it to have so much attention by aliens. Same day (July 2nd) the sightings occurred..this not a coincidence. The day must have special meaning for aliens in France.

Chilean government says UFOs pose no threat (Video)

The Chilean government’s civil aviation department recently met on whether or not UFOs pose a threat to their military air operations. Upon examination of their recorded UFO cases, and with input from their official UFO investigation organization, they decided that no threat exists.
Unlike the United States, and many other western countries, Chile takes the UFO phenomenon very seriously. They have their own agency for investigating the phenomenon called the Committee for the Studies of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena (CEFAA). It is part of the Ministerial Department of Civil Aeronautics (DGAC), their equivalent to our FAA. CEFFAA also works closely with the Chilean air force.

Author and journalist Leslie Kean has been keeping tabs on CEFAA and broke the news of the meeting on a blog post on the Huffington Post. She says the meeting took place on July 31, and was organized by CEFAA’s director, General Ricardo Bermúdez. He invited nineteen experts with varying background to explore the question of military air safety in regards to UFOs. The group convened for three hours.
Coverage of the meeting on the official DGAC YouTube page can be seen above.
Kean says the group had already determined that UFOs are a real phenomenon worthy of serious study. This includes scientists and DGAC specialists. She writes:
Among the DGAC specialists were the director of the Meteorological Observatory, the chief of Radar Operations Metropolitan Center, the head of Accident Investigations, DGAC chief of operations, the director of Airport Security Operations, and an aerospace engineer.
Representatives from different branches of the armed forces and the police corps were also present. All of them, including a navy commander who is in charge of flight security for navy aviation, are also pilots, or have been in the past. Along with Mercado, Bermúdez was once a combat pilot.

Kean highlighted some of the discussion leading to the final decision. The DGAC chief of operations pointed out that their evidence shows unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), another term for UFOs, demonstrates “intelligent behavior,” and as such it is important to discover the nature of the UAP’s intentions.
He said, “Intelligence is what matters. If this is so, we must ask: has it shown hostility or carried out openly threatening maneuvers? Has it actually attacked our aircraft? To date, this doesn’t seem to be the case. We cannot possibly call something a threat to something or someone if they have not shown any open intention to do harm.”
Navy captain Roberto Borè agreed, saying, “Aside from any natural distractions to the flight crews, the risks so far have been null. We cannot call UAP a risk to our operations, not even a low risk.”
Radar control chief Mauricio Blanco also agreed, but stressed the need for a scientific evaluation of the risk. Blanco told the group, “In aeronautics, we have to measure risk scientifically and we have all the tools for that. We have to establish a ‘risk matrix,’ considering possibility and probability. The risk level [for UAP] has not been analyzed. It can be measured, and given the probabilities, this level is very low.”
Throughout her report, Kean points out the vast difference in the way the UFO phenomenon is handled in Chile versus the U.S. She writes about her visit to a radar center in Santiago where Blanco collects UFO reports. They have a careful protocol to maintain the integrity of the cases, and Kean says she found it “hard to get used to the fact that UFOs are fully accepted as part of life in Chile.”

CEFAA’s Director of International Affairs Jose Lay told her, “For Chileans, this is completely normal and we don’t consider it news at all.”
During the meeting, officials comment on UFOs as a matter of fact, such as the DGAC expert on accident investigations who said, “Until now, in practice, we have seen only the effects. And those we have captured through photographs, videos, official reports, testimonies, etc. And thus, we are able to say the phenomenon exists. But its origin, we have not defined. And without this definition, we cannot establish a strategy to counteract it. … I have spoken with pilots who have had sightings. So far, none has experienced undue concern, just plain curiosity.”
In the end, the experts agreed that more multi-disciplined study into the nature of UFOs was necessary. The air force psychologist also suggested more education for pilots about UFOs. A nuclear chemist in the meeting also explained why this would be important.

The chemist said, “If our civilian and military pilots are well informed about UAP, the risk due to distraction will come down to a minimum because the surprise factor will not be there.”
Kean says the conclusions regarding air safety were clear.
“Based on the evaluation at the meeting, the committee concluded that UAP do not present a threat or a danger to air operations, either civilian or military,” Bermúdez said. “Although there have been a small number of accidents attributed to UAP around the world, none have withstood an objective examination that presented unmistakable proof that UAP were the cause.”

UFO TV: ANCIENT ALIEN MOUND BUILDERS

A series of astounding developments have now shattered American Archaeology's most cherished beliefs. Excavations have uncovered solid evidence that ancient America was settles at least 50,000 years ago. Further evidence suggest that Ancient Alien mound building structures began to appear by 3000 B.C., after a mixture of races from the east (Atlantis), west (Mu and China), the Pacific (Polynesia) and Lost Ancient Alien Tribes combined with Siberian nomads to eventually build the ancient mound structures we see in America today. Additionally, this series of discoveries support predictions made by noted psychic and healer Edgar Cayce, decades before these discoveries were confirmed by scientists. A mysterious Alien genetic type has been identified in ancient American skeletal remains as well as in some modern Native Americans. Scientific evidence proves that Ancient Aliens came to the Americas as far back as 50,000 B.C. This program includes amazing facts about this fascinating history and features a series of spellbinding interviews with investigators, researchers and scientists to uncover this amazing Ancient Alien mystery.

Were there UFOs over Houston Texas

By Click 2 Houston

HOUSTON -
Pictures posted on Twitter Monday night and Tuesday morning show something floating through the skies over the Houston area.
In one, a circular object appears to hover. In another photo, something appears in front of impressive clouds. In a third picture, a lighted circle appears to stand on its side.
"I think the trick in UFO's is figuring out what else they could be.

It's easy to say that could be the aliens," said Dr. Carolyn Sumners, vice president for astronomy at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
She investigates and is writing a show about UFO's.
"If it's a real object and it looks like it is. The more people who see it in different directions, the more likely we are to figure out where it is, what it is and see if we can explain it," Sumners said.
She said the rough weather in the Houston area on Monday night could help explain what we saw in the skies over Houston.
"All the way back to recorded history, there are going to be things we can't explain. That's what makes it exciting," she said.
For now, what some consider a UFO remains unidentified.

My Favorite Alien

By Paul Seaburn

Shazbat.

His portrayal of an alien brought him into our orbit, his comedy was universal and his talent was out of this world, I am a comedy writer. Like many in this business, I am a student of the craft and was both inspired and intimidated by the huge comedic talent of Robin Williams. Yes, I was a fan of Jonathan Winters, Sid Caesar, Johnny Carson, the Marx Brothers and other comedy geniuses but Robin was part of the new generation … one of us. While I never got a chance to meet him, I had the pleasure of watching him live, in recordings, in movies and of course, on “Mork & Mindy.”
For those who may not remember or are not familiar with the show, Mork was sent to Earth by his superior, Orson, because humor was not permitted on his home planet of Ork and Mork would be ostracized for it, or worse – a feeling shared by many of us former class clowns and by followers of unusual and unaccepted beliefs. The first and by far the best season focused on Mork trying to understand humans and fit into the culture. At the end of each episode, Mork reported on his experiences to Orson, a kind of alien therapy session.

For me, comedy is an art and a science and often a mystery. It’s nearly impossible to accomplish what Robin Williams did – make people laugh universally. If and when we finally meet visitors from other planets, will they have a sense of humor? Will we be able to make each other laugh? What a wonderful way to get to know each other.
Perhaps we could try a few lines from Robin Williams, courtesy of Mork & Mindy:
I want to be a hickey on the neck of life.
If my knees knock any louder, I’m gonna look inside my pants and see who’s there.
Mindy – Mork, why are you building a tower of Cheerios?
Mork – Because it’s hard to stack oatmeal.
And one from Robin for all of us:
You’re only given one little spark of madness. You mustn’t lose it.
