Worlds Only Abductee Helpline ?
Eastwood & Kimberley Advertiser

Could truth be out there?
Ammach founders Joanne Summerscales and Miles Johnston from Langley Mill.
FLYING saucers and little green men might seem like the stuff of fantasy to many.
But one Langley Mill woman is hoping to prove there is credibility behind the search for extra terrestrials.
Joanne Summerscales jointly runs the world’s only helpline for people who believe they have been abducted, or contacted by aliens.
But far from being a mere internet fantasist, the Langley Mill woman is bolstered by an impressive CV, with experience in production, writing, directing, teaching and bereavement counselling.
But she turned her hand to running the Anomolous Mind Management Abductee Contactee Helpline (AMMACH) in January 2011, a service which not only offers support to those traumatised by a possible encounter with beings from another world, but conducts research into the earth’s alien visitations.
She said: “It was really to raise awareness that this is an important area of research.
“What we have been told about our human history is clearly nonsense and you don’t need to be a genius to recognise this.”
Abductees from as far as Australia and Canada have contacted AMMACH to talk about their ordeals, some of which even agreed to be filmed. Their stories are posted on Joanne’s website.
She revealed many of the people who had contacted her talk of losing time and being left with exceptional abilities.
“These people just want to understand for themselves,” she added. “They are on journey of discovery as well – it is not very easy for them to come forward and talk about their experiences.”
On August 31 AMMACH is holding its first conference, which Joanne hopes will attract around 600 people. The event will feature talks from UFO academics and abductees themselves at the Brittania Hotel on James Street, Nottingham, over the course of a weekend.
