Military/Agency/Political Witnesses Ready to Testify Before Congress Regarding an Extraterrestrial Presence Engaging the Human Race

The Congressional Hearing Initiative is a
project of Paradigm Research Group

The evidence for an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race is now massive, and polls show over half of the American people are convinced this presence is real. On November 5 the most comprehensive effort ever to obtain relevant congressional hearings will be launched by Paradigm Research Group.

Washington, DC (PRWEB) November 04, 2014

From April 29 to May 3, 2013 Paradigm Research Group (PRG) produced a Citizen Hearing on Disclosure (CHD) at the National Press Club. Forty-two military/agency/political witnesses, researchers and activists testified for thirty hours over five days before six former members of the U. S. Congress with 80 years of tenure. The subject of this citizen hearing was an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race.
On November 5 PRG will launch the most comprehensive effort ever to obtain the first congressional hearings on extraterrestrial related phenomena since 1968. This launch will begin with the shipping of the complete video record of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure to every congressional office accompanied by a social media campaign. The goal is comprehensive hearings by February of 2015.
According to PRG executive director and lobbyist Stephen Bassett, "Scores of witnesses of high rank and station have come forward since 1992 speaking to events and evidence confirming an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. If Congress hears the testimony of these military/agency/political witnesses, the government truth embargo on the extraterrestrial reality will collapse."
Mr. Bassett will begin meeting with congressional aides in mid-November to discuss the content of the CHD video record and the need for hearings. Referring to the elections held today Bassett states, "It is our hope those members who have lost their elections will engage this issue on behalf of the American people and support hearings leading up to the new congressional sessions. As for the winners, they will have an opportunity to make history at the highest level."

On November 5, 2014 538 video copies of the full record of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure (CHD) were shipped to all members of the United States Congress.  Shortly after these 10-DVD sets are received, PRG's registered lobbyist, Stephen Bassett, will renew direct engagement of the U. S. Congress for the first time since 2000 seeking new congressional hearings on extraterrestrial related phenomena. This will be a concentrated three-month effort accompanied by substantial media coverage.  If congressional hearings are held, it is quite likely the truth embargo will collapse.

You can help this initiative succeed.  Here's how.  IMMEDIATELY begin sending tweets, Facebook posts and emails to members of Congress asking:
  1. they review the record of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure
  2. meet with PRG's lobbyist Stephen Bassett to discuss the CHD
  3.  hold hearing immediately for the scores of military/agency/political witnesses ready to testify under oath to events and evidence confirming an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race.
This is called a tweet-email storm, and it can be very effective.  It needs to continue for at least 30 days with heavy emphasis on the first ten days.  Below is everything you need to know to participate:
Guidelines for the CHI Tweet-Email Storm
  1. tweet or email as many times as you like to as many members of Congress as you like.   Hashtag  #Disclosure
  2. IMPORTANT: make sure you mention you are a constituent to your three representatives, i.e., I live in Carson City and........
  3. keep emails brief (not a problem with tweets), respectful and to the point.
  4. don't repeat the same wording.  Mix it up.
  5. focus on the three requests listed above.
  6. If the Members have a Facebook page, post there as well.
  7. And, of course, share this link with as many as you can.
Where to Find Twitter/Facebook/Email Addresses for the U.S. Congress (House and Senate)
Senate Twitter/Facebook Addresses Here
House of Representatives Twitter/Facebook Addresses Here
  • Select the web page and look for Twitter and Facebook icons
  • Important: Anyone from any nation can Tweet and Facebook post House and Senate Members
  • Twitter hashtag #Disclosure
Senate Email Forms Here or Here (click on "Contact" to get to email forms)
House Email Forms Here or Here (click on "Contact" to get to email forms)
  • House Members now use email forms which do not allow non-constituents to contact them even though they frequently vote on issues with national/international impact. Not good governance.
  • Senate Members generally do allow for emails from non-constituents.
  • Both House and Senate email forms preclude emails from non-US addresses

Sample Tweets (140 characters. For emails just expand.) Remember: Hashtag  #Disclosure
  • I reside in Baltimore & want your staff to review the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure DVDs just received.  We want hearings. #Disclosure
  • Senator, this constituent wants immediate congressional hearings for military/agency/political witnesses re: ET reality. #Disclosure
  • Your just received a 10-DVD record of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure. Please meet w/ PRG lobbyist Stephen Bassett re: same. #Disclosure

Spacing Out! Ep. 95 - Lockheed Martin scientist: 'There are ALIENS and UFOs at Area 51'

Published on 31 Oct 2014 By Open Minds Production

A former Lockheed Martin scientist says there are aliens and UFOs at Area 51, and he says he has the photos to prove it. Jason McClellan also presents a story quite fitting for Halloween about UFOs and spiders. That and other space and UFO stories on this episode of Spacing Out!

Great Balls Of Fire Over India

Late one night some lucky Indians caught a startling sight over Chennai, India on their phones. TheBeginning IsNear says it was taken in October. Judging by the moon phase, it must’ve been around the first.

This footage isn’t awesome because the amateur videographers remembered the cardinal rule of taking video while keeping their phone horizontal.1
Watch it for yourself. The video gets interesting around the two minute mark, so feel free to skip ahead.

In case you’re stuck on dialup and can’t wait for the video, (psst, it’s 2014 grandpaw) there’s an establishing shot before the camera zooms onto the object. The fireball flares twice, giving the impression it could be an otherworldly craft.

Or an extant vimana.

A vimana, for the uninitiated, are flying palaces featured in Sanskrit epics like the Ramayana and Mahabharata. Here’s a description from the former legend.
The Pushpaka Vimana that resembles the Sun and belongs to my brother was brought by the powerful Ravana; that aerial and excellent Vimana going everywhere at will … that chariot resembling a bright cloud in the sky … and the King [Rama] got in, and the excellent chariot at the command of the Raghira, rose up into the higher atmosphere.2
Let’s not completely dismiss this as extraordinary when something prosaic, like a meteor, is equally awesome. It’s clear the object flares twice before winking out, showing no signs of any ‘engines’ kicking in for one final blaze before exiting Earth’s gravity well.

'UFO' sighting leaves Saint John man shaken

By CBC News

A Saint John man says he's still shaken by the mysterious object he saw flying over the city and near the Irving Oil Ltd. refinery last week.

John Edwards says his heart was pounding as he and his girlfriend watched the bright object from his uptown apartment window on Oct. 20, at about 10:30 p.m.

"It was terrifying. I was hiding behind the curtain," said Edwards, who captured the unidentified flying object on video using his iPhone.

"I almost felt like whatever it was knew I was watching with my camera," he said. "It was really a weird creepy feeling. but it circled around at that point and came all the way back and went across the street basically and watched us through the window."

Edwards says it felt like an invasion of privacy.

CBC News put in calls to the City of Saint John, the Saint John Airport and the Saint John Police Force, asking if anyone knew what the UFO was or who was responsible, but as of Thursday afternoon, had not gotten any answers.

It may have just been a drone, which are increasing in popularity as they become more affordable, ranging from a few hundred dollars for hobbyists, up to $200,000 for commercial grade units.
Transport Canada introduced new guidelines for drones the day after Edwards's experience.

Transport Canada announced new guidelines earlier this month for drones, which are becoming increasingly popular as they come down in price. (CBC)
"When you fly an unmanned aircraft, and you put people's safety at risk, it is against the law," Transport Minister Lisa Raitt said, during the launch of a public campaign.
Hobbyists are advised not to fly at night, to steer clear of airports and other restricted airspace, and to avoid populated areas.
Those flying drones for commercial use or using devices over 35 kilograms must apply for a special permit from the federal regulator.
Transport Canada has seen a spike in those applications, issuing 945 certificates last year — a 500 per cent jump from 2011.
In New Brunswick, McCain Foods is using them to monitor potato fields, as part of a multi-million dollar partnership involving Resson Aerospace in Fredericton.
"That can give the operator information on crop health, that will help them optimize their production," said Resson Aerospace CEO Peter Goggin.

Why the French state has a team of UFO hunters

By Chris Bockman

Thousands of UFO sightings are reported every year but not many countries are willing to spend money investigating them - there is just one dedicated state-run team left in Europe. Is France onto something?

You don't need a time machine when you visit the French Space Centre headquarters in Toulouse - it's already a throwback to the 1970s. Green lawns sweep on to wide boulevards with stout long rectangular office blocks on either side.
It's almost Soviet-style in the heart of southern France. There are few signs of life even though 1,500 people, most of them civil servants, work in boxy offices along narrow unappealing corridors.
France has the biggest space agency in Europe - the result of the 1960s space race and President Charles de Gaulle's grand determination to keep France independent of the US by building its own satellites, rocket launchers and providing elite space research.

An offshoot of all that - France is the only country in Europe to maintain a full-time state-run UFO (unidentified flying objects) department. There used to be one in the UK and another in Denmark but they closed down years ago due to budget cuts.
France's UFO unit consists of four staff, and about a dozen volunteers who get their expenses paid to go on site and look into reports of strange sightings in the skies.

A drawing from the files at the French UFO department

The team is called Geipan. That's a French acronym for Study Group and Information on Non-Identified Aerospace Phenomenon.
Its boss is Xavier Passot. Surrounded by dozens of books on UFOs, and stacks of documents, he tells me his mission is to be as transparent as possible about strange sightings and to follow up on each one that his team receives.
They publish their results on their website which gets 30,000 hits a month. The team receives, on average, two UFO sightings a day. The department insists an 11-page form is filled out for each one. The idea is to provide details including photographs where possible but also weed out jokers and time-wasters.
If someone claims to have seen strange lights in the skies, the UFO team might go online to see whether the observation took place on a flight path - it can trace commercial air traffic going back more than a week.

The team also has access to military flight paths and is in touch with the air force and air traffic controllers.
Sometimes if its staff are really intrigued by photos they have seen or if there have been several witnesses to the same sighting, they will call the local police to ask whether they can be considered credible.
They might even check with neighbours to see whether they were out drinking that night or perhaps smoking something other than cigarettes.
Passot says many of the people who get in touch are smokers, puffing away outside bars or their own homes at night, gazing at the stars.
One of the boxy offices houses yellowing archives going back to the 1950s. The papers I look at contain eerie accounts of strange things encountered in the skies by fighter pilots on routine reconnaissance missions.

For what it's worth and for those who suspect there's conspiracy afoot, Passot tells me he has never covered up a UFO sighting.
I take a look at some amazing photos of strange lights and circular forms caught on camera. One, taken by a motorist, of a white ring shape above Marseille is particularly grabbing (the image at the top of this page). But the team figured that one out - it wasn't invaders from Mars, just the reflection of a small interior overhead light in the car.
In fact, the department can explain away nearly all these phenomena and, believe it or not, the most common culprits are Chinese lanterns sent up at night during parties. The investigators often telephone the local town hall to ask if, perhaps, there had been a wedding going on at the time.
Balloons and kites floating in the skies also get mistaken for alien craft, and space debris and falling meteorites giving off strange lights are more common than one might think.

But there are around 400 UFO sightings going back to the 1970s that the French team cannot explain. One, an alleged flying saucer landing near Aix-en-Provence in 1981, they take very seriously - there were landing marks and multiple witnesses.
So are there really little green men? Well, the jury's out on the colour but there are many working here, as well as others around the world, who are convinced there is some life out there.
And does the use of French taxpayers' money on UFO research make sense, particularly in these times of budgetary constraint?
That probably depends on whether you just saw an alien and, in the words of those Ghostbusters, who you gonna call?

How Fast Is The Universe Moving?

Dan Aykroyd's 9/11 alien theory

Dan Aykroyd is convinced he saw a UFO near the World Trade Centre
during the 9/11 terror attacks.

By News 7

Actor Dan Aykroyd is convinced alien life forms refuse to make contact with the human race because we are seen as a "violent, depraved, disgusting species".
The Blues Brothers star is a keen student of extraterrestrial sightings and is adamant he has encountered UFOs on several occasions in the US.
He even insists he saw two suspicious objects in the sky as the horrors of the 2001 attack on the World Trade Center in New York were unfolding, and believes that sighting gives a clue as to why aliens have not made contact with humans.
Aykroyd tells The Sunday Times Magazine, "(It's) because we are a violent species. They don't want anything to do with us. They watch us. There were two white orbs over (New) Jersey when the second tower went down on 9/11. They were on CNN for about two minutes... They never showed it again.
"Can you imagine what was going through their advanced minds when they saw what happened on 9/11? These humans crashing our highest evolution in aviation into our highest evolution in architecture and metallurgy, like kids wrecking toys in the sandbox. They are disgusted with us. And rightly so. Because we are a depraved, disgusting species."

Anne Hathaway believes aliens exist

By Channel24

Los Angeles - Anne Hathaway believes aliens exist.

The The Devil Wears Prada star has admitted that she believes there are other life forms in the universe, but is unsure of what they would look like.

She told The Mail on Sunday newspaper: ''I've never had any problem with the idea that there is other life in the universe.

''Does that life look exactly like us? Probably not. In fact, I couldn't even imagine what these other life forms might look like, or what set of values they might hold or knowledge they might understand.''

She continued: ''I've always thought it's highly unlikely there's nothing out there. I certainly don't struggle to believe that they exist.''

The 31-year-old actress features in new science fiction film Interstellar as one of four astronauts, and revealed that while she dreamed of exploring the solar system as a youngster, the stars have become more and more intriguing for her as she has matured.

She admitted: ''I did want very much to go into space when I was little, but I was very bad at both maths and science when I was at school so I could never even dream about making that journey.

''Then, when I was older, I started to watch a lot of nature documentaries, which later led to documentaries about science, about physics, about the universe.''

She added: ''Astronomy has been a mini-passion of mine for some time now.''

National UFO Alert: West Virginia takes lead in October reports

An October spike in U.S. UFO reports occurred in West Virginia, Maine, Delaware and Colorado, according to witness reporting statistics released November 1, 2014, from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).
The four states were rated in the National UFO Alert Rating System as a UFO Alert 1 which represents 4.01 or higher reports per million residents during the month of October 2014: West Virginia, 4.85; Maine, 4.51; Delaware, 4.36; and Colorado, 4.24.
Utah, Vermont and New Hampshire were the next highest reporting states showing between 3.03 and 4.0 reports per million residents and listed as a UFO Alert 2: Utah, 3.85; Vermont, 3.19 and New Hampshire, 3.03.
Oregon and Oklahoma earned an Alert 3 rating with reports per million residents between 2.51 and 3.0.
Kansas, South Carolina and Nebraska earned a UFO Alert 4 rating with reports per million residents between 2.01 and 2.5. All other states were listed as a UFO Alert 5 with 2.0 sightings per million residents or lower. These numbers are based on the month when an event occurred, and not the month in which it was reported.
As the highest reporting states per million residents, the actual report numbers are: West Virginia, 9; Maine, 6; Delaware, 4; and Colorado, 22.
The UFO Alert Rating System is based on five levels – 1 through 5 – where states with 4.01 or higher reports per million residents are rated an Alert 1; 3.01 – 4.0 reports are an Alert 2; 2.51 – 3.0 are an Alert 3; 2.01 – 2.5 are an Alert 4; and those states with 2.0 or lower are rated an Alert 5.
The UFO Alert Rating System has previously only reported on the raw numbers by state to rate each state. Beginning October 2014, the rating will change to rank states by population.
Disregarding populations, the top reporting states for October 2014 with 16 or more reports were: California, 75; Pennsylvania, 25; Florida, 25; New York, 24; Ohio, 24; Texas, 24; Michigan, 19; Arizona, 17; Illinois, 17; Colorado, 16; Missouri, 16; and Utah, 16.
The sphere remains the most-reported UFO shape with 153 October cases; up from 140 September cases, 179 August cases; 216 July cases; 156 June cases; 129 May cases; 150 April cases, 131 March cases, 91 February cases; and 240 January cases. Other shape reports include: Circle, 77; Star-Like, 69; Triangle, 65; Unknown, 57; Disc; 55; Other, 52; Fireball, 37; Oval, 36; Boomerang, 34; N/A, 36; Cylinder, 22; Diamond, 20; Cigar, 17; Teardrop, 10; Chevron, 7; Egg, 7; Flash, 7; Cone, 6; Bullet-Missile, 5; Blimp, 4; Saturn-like, 1; and Cross, 1.
The object’s distance from the witness includes: Less than 100 feet, 82 cases; 101 to 500 feet, 114 cases; 501 feet to one mile, 163 cases; over one mile, 223 cases; unknown, 261; and no value stated, 26.
In addition, there were “17 landings, hoverings, or takeoffs reported and 0 entities observed.”
The most interesting UFO reports do not necessarily come from high reporting states – but those states with higher numbers do account for some of the most interesting evidence to study. While UFO sightings seem to pop up randomly around the country, this list is meant to offer a small insight into where Americans are filing reports.
